The wild Lamborghini Aventador you’re looking at is known as the Carbonado GTS and while its name leaves a little to be desired, there’s no denying that this is one of the most striking Aventadors you’re ever likely to see. Unsurprisingly, it comes from none other than Mansory. The tuning company says it built this special, one-of-one Carbonado GTS as a celebration of the mid-engined Lambo after its production run ended. It is based on an Aventador SVJ Roadster and benefits from a multitude of visual enhancements that dial the insanity up to 11.
From the factory, the Aventador SVJ
Roadster is one of the more overt supercars out there so it’s fortunate the bodywork
upgrades made by Mansory aren’t too extreme. They start at the front end where
an edgier hood has been installed alongside carbon fiber louvers just above the
headlights. Mansory has also fitted a new splitter and added new canards to the
outer edges of the bumper. The mid-engined Italian stallion then sits on a set
of unique 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels.
The visual upgrades continue with exposed
carbon fiber wing mirrors and revised side air intakes. Mansory has also made
some changes to the engine cover and installed a new wing with slightly larger
end plates than the standard wing. A new diffuser and bespoke exhaust tips are
also visible.
Then there’s the paint. Mansory refers to
it as ‘Cupreus’, a two-tone finish combining a shade of copper with black.
Complementing the paint is a re-trimmed interior clad primarily in black
leather but sporting a host of bright orange leather accents, orange seat
belts, Mansory badges, and Y-shaped motifs throughout.
The Aventador’s 6.5-liter
naturally-aspirated V12 has also been fettled with so it now delivers 820 hp
and 780 Nm of torque.
