The Maserati Tridente motorboat is already available for ordering, rumored to start from US$ 2,600,000. The photos released thus far depict an all-electric boat finished in the same shade of pink gold as the first Maserati GranCabrio Folgore. It is 10.5 meters long and takes up to eight passengers on board. There’s a diving platform at the tail-end and a mini-cabin with a WC under the top deck.

The company fabricates the bodywork out of carbon fiber and trims all seats with luxury-grade leather. A large touchscreen display provides all the relevant navigation data.

Powering the electric craft are twin motors rated at 600 PS plugged into a 252-kWh battery pack. The top speed on water amounts to 74 km/h, while the cruising speed is at 46 km/h. Under ideal conditions, the vessel has roughly 70 km of range on a full charge, implying that it should mainly be good for short leisure trips.

Hodgdon Yachts shipyard in the United States will handle the assembly. Delivering just one unit will take no less than 10 months.
