Everything is bigger in Texas and the state’s most well-known tuner, Hennessey Performance, is celebrating freedom in a big way with limited-run versions of its Ford Bronco Raptor, F-150 Raptor, and F-150 Raptor R. Known as the ‘Freedom Series’, the new models are now launched ahead of Independence Day. Hennessey will offer just 100 examples of its Freedom Series package, spread across the VelociRaptor 500 Bronco, VelociRaptor 600, and VelociRaptor 1000. The package adds US$ 9,950 to the price of each of the three models and pays tribute to U.S. service personnel.
All models equipped with the available Freedom Series package receive an eye-catching graphics package that reads ‘USA’ and ‘HPE 91’, representing 1991, when Hennessey was founded. The company has showcased the Freedom Series package on a striking F-150 and a Bronco, both painted in Ford’s new shade of Shelter Green.
The changes don’t stop with some simple
graphics. Hennessey will also equip each Freedom Series model with 20-inch
Vossen wheels and off-road tires, ensuring owners can explore as much of the
nation as possible. If the graphics and wheels weren’t enough to excite you,
Hennessey will also deliver each package with a large U.S. flag and mounting
hardware so you can proudly attach the flag to the F-150 or Bronco. If that
doesn’t scream patriotism, we don’t know what does.
Hennessey proudly employs several
ex-service personnel and also trains veterans through its Tuner School program.
As Freedom Series models are based around the existing VelociRaptor 500 Bronco,
VelociRaptor 600, and VelociRaptor 1000, they all come with the tuner’s
familiar 3-year, 58,000 km warranty.
