BMW M760Li xDrive Excellence
BMW unwrapped the new
M760Li xDrive, its first M Performance 7-Series, but there’s a twist in this
introduction and it’s called the ‘Excellence’.
What are the first
things you think about when talking about an M Performance-branded model - M
tweaked engine, chassis and looks, not on the same level as pure M models, but
in-bewteen them and the regular lineup.
Well, beyond the standard M760Li xDrive,
which has all those, albeit the last two in more discrete amounts than what
we’re accustomed to, BMW is offering buyers the no-cost Excellence option that
completely eradicates the ‘M’ cosmetic touches.
We’re talking everything from the ‘M’
badges and even the ‘M760Li xDrive’ emblem at the back, which is replaced with
a simple ‘V12’ logo, to the ‘M’ aerodynamic kit, trims and wheels on the
outside, and the ‘M’ sport steering, speedometer and accents on the
inside! Instead, it gets BMW Individual
touches on both the exterior and interior.
It does keep the 600 PS twin-turbo V12, 19-inch brakes and Executive Drive Pro adaptive suspension of
the regular model.
