Sherp

One vehicle to get you anywhere is a very broad description, but given that the Sherp can even swim, it describes it accurately.

Alexei Garagashyan created one of the most impressive vehicles we saw in recent years in the form of the Sherp, an ATV which can tackle almost every surface.

This Russian truck has the ability to mount obstacles as tall as 70 cm thanks to its huge custom self-inflating tires and can even swim with a maximum speed of 6 km/h. It’s pretty light too, weighing just 1,300 kg.

Powered by a four-cylinder 1.5-litre Kubota diesel engine with 44 hp, the Sherp can reach a maximum speed of 45 km/h. A skid-steer system allows it to turn in its own length which is 3.4 metres but also to claim the title of the most fun tank-like vehicle we’ve seen.

As for the price, the two-seater Sherp starts at US$ 65,000 as a pickup with a tent while the hardtop version costs US$ 70,000.
