2016 Toyota Innova (Bahrain)
Toyota Middle East has launched the
second generation Toyota Innova in Bahrain. It is available in three grades:
SE, SE+ and Limited, and prices range between 8,500 Dinar – 10,300 Dinar.
Making its debut late last year in
Indonesia, the new Toyota Innova measures 4,735 mm long, 1,830 mm wide and
1,795 mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm. Compared to the first gen
Innova, it has grown by 150 mm in length, 70 mm in width and 35 mm in height,
although the wheelbase is identical.
Standard features in the Innova Limited
include automatic climate control, fabric tan seats, reverse parking camera,
multifunction steering wheel, 7 inch audio touchscreen system, power operated
ORVMs, dual airbags and ABS.
Under the hood is a 2.7-liter VVT-i
engine from the Toyota Hilux that outputs 164 hp and 25 kgm of torque. It’s
paired to a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission that sends power
to the front wheels.
