Audi Truck Project Plan B

Audi is known for its revolutionary design and mouth-watering concepts, but they have reached ridiculous new heights with the Audi Truck Project Plan B.

Designed by Artem Smirnov and Vladimir, the latest Audi Truck concept resembles an elegant game of Tetris. Smooth, rounded surfaces interlock seamlessly and even the headlights run all the way from the top to the bottom of the cabin without a break. It’s a futuristic masterpiece that would no doubt wreak havoc with traffic as everyone tries to get a closer look.

The best part, however, is the cockpit. Rather opting for the ‘boring’ old cabin, the Audi Truck Project Plan B places the drivers on the roof. The concept truck is piloted via two pods that look a bit like two Formula 1 race cars that have been melted into the roof of the cabin. It’s sleek, sporty and completely crazy. In the concept renderings the drivers are shown to be wearing Fighter Pilot-Style helmets and masks seeing as the two driving pods are open to the elements.

It’s probably safe to assume that Audi will not go as far as to produce a truck that’s piloted from the roof of the cabin, but we sort of wish they would. We’d give anything for a chance to take it for a spin.
