Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35
This is the Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks
AT35, billed as the most extreme pick-up truck ever sold through a UK
franchised dealer network. Order books open late this month.
The AT35 is the result of a partnership
between Isuzu UK and Arctic Trucks, an expert in vehicles designed and built
specifically to overcome the wild terrain of northern Scandinavia and Russia.
The D-Max will be the first Arctic Trucks pick-up in the UK that can be ordered
directly from a manufacturer’s dealer network.
Equipped with giant 35-inch all-terrain
Nokian Rotiiva AT tyres wrapped around 17-inch wheels, re-engineered suspension
with Fox Performance Series shocks, 290 mm ground clearance (125 mm higher),
and “rut-busting approach, ramp and departure angles,” the AT35 is “engineered
to excel in the most arduous terrain and will meet the most demanding
challenges from farmers and other rural workers, those in the construction
industry, and adventurous thrill-seekers alike.” Those fender flares are cool,
too.
Available in two body configurations –
extended-cab and double-cab – the 163 PS/400 Nm 2.5 litre twin-turbodiesel
Isuzu comes with a comprehensive accessories list that allows customers to spec
their AT35 according to their unique requirements, with each unit being built
to order.
