Mumbai-based Haldankar Customs have modified a Royal
Enfield Thunderbird 350 as a modern-day streetfighter. The motorcycle has a
kerb weight reduced to 160 kg from the 195 kg weight of the stock Thunderbird
350.
The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 X350 v2.0 gets
tubeless tyres, and WP sourced upside down fork up front. The rear suspension
system continues to sport dual springs. The headlamp gets a LED setup with
front indicators replaced with bar end lights. The taillamp too sports
integrated indicators. The wheels now get lightweight magnesium alloys.
The disc brakes at both ends get Bybre sourced
callipers while the stock exhaust has been replaced with a unit by Mark
Performance Racing. The CNC cut mirrors adds to the style while the fuel tank
with its muscular lines makes the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 X350 v2.0 a
sporty motorcycle.
The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 X350 v2.0 by
Haldankar Customs also gets a waterproof display which includes GPS,
speedometer, music, video playback and WiFi with inputs via USB or Bluetooth.
Haldankar Customs have confirmed that the modification takes 3 months while
cost involved is INR 160,000 over the stock bike.
