Ducati India has launched the Scrambler Café Racer
at an ex-showroom, India price of INR 9.32 lakhs. The bike is powered by an
803cc air-and-oil-cooled L-twin engine which puts out 73 hp at 8,250 rpm and 67
Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm. The engine is Euro 4 compliant.
The powerplant is mated to a 6-speed slipper clutch
enabled gearbox. The bike features black-trimmed covers and machined cooling
fins. The Scrambler Café Racer also features clip-on handlebars for sporty
riding position and bar-end aluminium mirrors. Other premium parts include
Termignoni exhaust with dual tailpipes, black anodized aluminium cover and a
dedicated seat featuring a cover for the passenger section.
Kayaba 41 mm inverted fork at the front and pre-load adjustable
monoshock at the rear handle the suspension responsibilities. The bike is
anchored by 330 mm disc at the front and 245 mm disc at the rear. Bosch
dual-channel ABS is standard and the brake lever is adjustable. The cast
aluminium wheels are wrapped with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres with
120-section at the front and 180-section at the rear.
The Scrambler Café Racer has a dedicated line of
accessories and apparel as well. The bike is available in a Black Coffee colour
with black frame and gold wheels across all Ducati dealerships in Delhi NCR,
Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kochi.
