PT Suzuki Indomobil is showcasing multiple
iterations of the Suzuki Ignis at the 2017 GIIAS. Accompanying the G-Urban and
S-Urban concepts is the Suzuki Ignis Motocrosser Style.
The Suzuki Ignis Motorcrosser Style is lavished in
the same livery as the Suzuki Factory racing motocross bikes. Finished in a
bright yellow, the exterior gets black striping along with ‘Suzuki’ plastered
in big bold letters on the bonnet, across the sides and rear bumper. The front
and rear bumpers get additional body cladding and the rides higher on special
off-road tires. The Ignis Motorcrosser style features 6-spoke matte brown alloy
wheels. The headlamps with projector LEDs and DRLs and the tail lamps are the
same as the standard car.
The cabin appears to have an internal roll cage.
Recaro racing seats can also be spotted in the images here. The one-off Ignis
also gets red brake calipers, new exhaust, yellow accents on the inside, matte
black roof among other additions.
In Indonesia, Suzuki offers the Ignis with only a
1.2 L K-Series petrol engine capable of producing 83 PS and 113 Nm of
torque. Top-end GX AT trim gets a 5-speed AGS transmission while a 5-speed
manual is standard across the rest of the range.
