radiator grille, dark chrome-coated front bumper garnish, dark chrome-coated
side fender garnish, dark chrome-coated door handles, dark metal surround
moulding, dark chrome-coated rear bumper garnish, full-LED headlamps with black
and copper bezels, dark red LED rear combination lamps and 19-inch wheels
wrapped with 225/40ZR19 (front) & 255 35ZR19 (rear) tyres.
Inside, the Genesis G70 features Genesis G90
features aluminium door handles, quilted leather door panels, Nappa leather
seats, smart posture control system, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system
with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink support, 15-speaker Lexicon
surround sound system and metal speaker grilles. The Sport package includes
Gray or Red stitching for the seats.
Genesis will sell the Genesis G70 with two engine
options in the Middle East: Theta-II 2.0-litre turbo GDI and Lambda II
3.3-litre turbo GDI V6. The 2.0-litre petrol engine produces 252 PS and 353 Nm
of torque. The 3.3-litre petrol engine develops 370 PS and 510 Nm of torque.
The company will announce more region-specific details in early 2018, which is
when it expects the car’s sales launch. The BMW 3 Series, Audi A4, Mercedes
C-Class and Jaguar XE are the Genesis G70’s main competitors.
