control system, a rearview camera, a push-button ignition and a 7-inch TFT

Moving up to the US$ 28,890 Accord Hybrid EX adds LED

also has heated front seats, a 12-way power driver’s seat, an eight-speaker
audio system and a Display Audio system with an 8-inch display.
The Accord Hybrid EX-L starts at US$ 31,440 and it
comes equipped with leather seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and an
auto-dimming rearview mirror. Other niceties include a 4-way power passenger
seat, HomeLink and a 10-speaker premium audio system with a subwoofer. The
model can also be equipped with GPS navigation for an additional US$ 1,000.
Finally, the range-topping Accord Hybrid Touring
will be priced from US$ 34,710. It includes the aforementioned equipment as well
as ventilated front seats, heated rear seats and a wireless smartphone charger.
Other additions include a color head up display and NFC connectivity.
All of the models are equipped with a 2.0-liter
Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine, a continuously variable transmission, a
lithium-ion battery and two electric motors. This enables the hybrids to
produce 212 hp and return 47 mpg city, 47 mpg highway and 47 mpg
combined.
