Brabus have announced their latest creation, the
Brabus Mercedes X Class and the new Mercedes truck comes with a number of
upgrades over the standard model.
The Brabus Mercedes X Class features 20 inch custom
wheels and it comes with a newly designed interior plus a range of performance
upgrades.
The designers of the world’s largest independent
automotive tuner fitted the Mercedes X-Class with a bodywork conversion with
sporty-elegant design and tailor-made BRABUS Monoblock X 20-inch wheels mounted
with tires of size 285/45 R 20 front and back.
For an added helping of driving dynamics for the
Mercedes X 250d, the powerplant engineers developed the BRABUS D4 PowerXtra
performance upgrade, which bumps the output of the 2.3-liter turbodiesel by 21 hp and the torque by 60 Nm.
That brings the 2.3-liter turbodiesel four’s output
up to 208 hp and 510 Nm. The modified pickup
takes a relatively quicker (but still hardly lightning-fast) 11.5 seconds to
reach 100 km/) from a standstill. If that’s not quite
enough, Brabus has upgrades for the more potent, top-of-the-line 350d
model in the works, too.
