Haas has unveiled the VF-20 for the 2020
Formula 1 World Championship, becoming the first outfit to present its brand
new race car.
Visually, the car adopts a fresh new
livery reminiscent of the color palette used in Gene Haas’ machine tool
business Haas Automation. The VF-20 will make its on-track debut on February
19th during pre-season testing, where it will be driven by Kevin Magnussen and
Romain Grosjean, who will split testing duties.
Haas Team Principal Guenther Steiner says
the team is hopeful for a good season, having finished its 2019 campaign
sitting ninth out of ten teams in the championship.
