Kuhl Racing has just unveiled its first bodykit for the second-gen Subaru BRZ, giving the sports car some added flair. We wrote about Kuhl Racing’s forthcoming bodykits for the new Toyota GR 86 and Subaru BRZ just a few days ago as they were being readied for the Tokyo Auto Salon. The BRZ bodykit pictured here is slightly less overt than the widebody kit that Kuhl is also developing for the model.
The modifications made to this particular
BRZ start at the front where the Japanese tuner has fitted an extended
splitter. The car also sports new side skirts, complementing the front splitter
and simply attaching to the standard skirts. Kuhl Racing has also worked its
magic on the rear of the Subaru and crafted a unique diffuser that easily bolts
on to the bottom of the factory bumper. Titanium tailpipes have also been
fitted to this particular BRZ.
Complementing these exterior add-ons is a
lowered suspension system and a set of 19-inch wheels wrapped in Falken tires,
while inside the car is equipped with a Pioneer infotainment system and Kuhl Racing
floor mats.
2022 Subaru BRZ owners interested in the
package can purchase it for a touch under 520,000 yen, or approximately US$ 4,500.
Kuhl has yet to confirm when it will start production of the kits nor when it
will begin shipping them to customers.
