Ford has been updating its Escape SUV since late last year, but the new bunch of spy photos gives a more complete overlook of the car thanks to its lack of camo.
The new Escape sports a light bar at the
front end that connects its redesigned headlights. The radiator grille and hood
are also different, with the badge moved to another position and the fog lights
framed within new bezels. The taillights at the other side are also more
modern-looking.
The mid-life refresh will probably leave
the interior largely unchanged, although an expanded suite of BlueCruise
assists may be in the plans.
As for the engines, we fully expect the
new Escape to ship with the same assortment of gasoline, mild and plug-in
hybrid powertrains as before.
