When Aston Martin unveiled its Valkyrie Pro racecar nearly a year ago, it mentioned removing the electric motor from the drivetrain, but the horsepower stayed the same.

In last March, the model debuted on the Bahrain Raceway, and now, it has made it to the Laguna Seca track as well. A 6.5-liter naturally aspirated Cosworth V12 under the hood revs up to 11,000 RPM and peaks at 1,014 PS, which is quite crazy considering its lightweight carbon body. The windshield and the side windows are made of Plexiglas, further reducing the curb weight.
