The all-electric BMW i5 saloon is shown without a shred of camo on its last teaser before May 24 premiere. The new 5-Series is also expected to debut with a number of petrol, diesel and hybrid powertrains to choose from.

Regardless of the engine type, the styling stays nearly the same across the lineup. This means that we can get a good idea about the exterior of the still-disguised 5-Series sedan by looking at the teaser. As you can see, the enormous radiator grille nostrils grace us with their absence, as do the controversial split headlights. One could almost say the new 5-Series has the traditional BMW front.

The production of the fully electric i5 version will begin in Germany this summer, with the shipments set to begin in October. The buyers will be able to choose between a RWD version rated at 340 PS and a dual-engine variant with 600 PS at its disposal.
