Indian
Scout Sixty
Indian motorcycles has
revealed the Scout Sixty, the brand's most affordable motorcycle. It's
powered by a 999 cc, liquid cooled, four-valve, V-Twin engine
that makes around 78 BHP and 89 Nm of torque, sending power to the rear wheel
from a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The suspension is the
same as the regular Scout and the bike gets telescopic forks with 120 mm of
travel up front and dual shock absorbers at the rear with 76 mm of travel.
Stopping power comes from 298 mm discs at the front and rear each. The front
brake gets a two piston caliper while the rear gets a single piston caliper.
The Scout Sixty will be
available in red, white and black. In the UK, the Scout Sixty is priced at
£ 8,999 which is around £ 1,500 cheaper than the regular
Scout.
