Victory Motorcycles
announced at this year’s EICMA motor show that the engine used in Roland Sands
Project 156 Pikes Peak Victory racer will be soon put into production. This new
engine is expected to make its debut in the company’s forthcoming models.
The engine in question
is a 1,200 cc, liquid-cooled, 60-degree V-Twin that will power the company’s
next release. While technical details were not disclosed, but the company
claims that this new motorcycle will deliver the strongest power and
performance in its class.
Victory Motorcycles
showcased a pre-production version of this new engine at EICMA 2015 with the
Victory Ignition Concept that is built by Swiss builder Urs Erbacher. The
concept motorcycle pays tribute to the Project 156 motorcycle and is equipped
with Brembo monobloc brakes, Marzocchi forms, Ohlins shocks and an Akrapovic
exhaust with custom built handmade headers.
While that was all the

according to Visordown, the company also let out a small hint by mentioning
that there was something a new product and a new concept on its way from the
American motorcycle company in the next few weeks.
