FAW-Toyota joint venture.
The facelift of the sedan was unveiled
at the 2014 Guangzhou Auto Show. On the outside, it has received changes in the
form of a larger grille, new LED headlamps and LED tail lights. The design team
behind the facelift consist of members who are from backgrounds such as jewelry
and architecture. The team has redesigned the sedan by mixing tradition with
innovation.

interior that is embellished with chrome detailing seen on the four-spoke
steering wheel, gear lever surrounds and dashboard which is dominated by the
huge 13-inch multimedia touchscreen. A touch of class is added to the cabin by
the wooden trim that is present on the dashboard and center console.
A choice of two engines will be
available for the new Crown, these are a 2.5-liter naturally-aspirated V6
engine producing 193 hp and 236 Nm, and a new 2.0-liter turbocharged four
cylinder unit.
