Audi Q7 E-Tron 3.0TDI
European customers will get to order the
new Audi Q7 e-tron TDI Quattro from the beginning of March, while the first
deliveries will commence in summer.
For € 80,500 (US$ 88,605), the
model is equipped with standard LED headlights, Audi virtual cockpit, MMI
navigation plus with MMI all-in-touch, high-res TFT screen with special views
such as power meter, energy flow, range and state of battery charge.
The four-ring brand also offers Internet
connectivity via the high-speed LTE at no extra cost, Audi Connect e-tron
services and Audi MMI Connect app, which allows users to remotely control the
charging process, access data related to previous journeys and adjust the
climate control.
On its local market, Germany, the
"greener" SUV benefits from standard charging cable for public
charging stations and one that features power connections for domestic and
industrial sockets and contains a graphic display.
Audi claims the SUV "covers large
areas of everyday mobility", thanks to its all-electric range of up to 56
km, provided by the 17.3kWh lithium-ion battery. Charging it from an
industrial socket takes two and a half hours.
The total output sent to the Quattro AWD
system from the plug-in hybrid powertrain is 273 hp and 700 Nm of
torque, making for a 0-100 km/h in 6.2 seconds, while its average
consumption is just 1.8 lt/100 km (130.7 mpg US).
