Nissan Sunny Sportech
Nissan India has showcased the Nissan
Sunny Sportech edition at the ongoing Auto Expo 2016. The Sportech edition adds
a few cosmetic embellishments to the top-end Sunny.
At the front, to give the standard sedan
a more imposing look, Nissan has added tinted headlamps, a body kit and lowered
the vehicle on its wheels. The car gets LED lights on the bumper, black grille,
and the body kit extends along the sides as skirts and on the rear is a faux
diffuser along with a spoiler over the boot lid.
Apart from carrying the ‘Sportech’ badge
on the trunk, the Sunny Sportech is the same in all aspects compared to the
regular sedan on sale in the market. No changes have been made either to the
mechanical portions or to the inside or the equipment.
The Nissan Sunny Sportech was previously
showcased at the 2014 Thailand Motor Show. The Sportech model is built on the
VL and E variants of the Sunny and carries only a CVT transmission.
