Tata Zest Personalized
Tata Motors showcased a custom Tata Zest
at the Auto Expo 2016 in Noida. It showcases new accessories and features that
can be availed by Zest customers.
The exterior of the accessorized Zest
features a sports body kit that comprises of extended front and rear bumpers,
side sill extensions and a subtle spoiler on the boot. Inside, the Zest is
finished in Premium Java Black and Latte interior colors trimmed with chrome in
the dashboard that houses a 5” Connectnext touchscreen Infotainment System by
Harman.
The interior is also equipped with
powered curtains and sun shades, smart illuminated scuff plates, floor mats,
brown leather seats, convenient tab holder and coat hanger.
No changes have been made to the engine
lineup or performance figures. The Zest comes with an option between a
1.2-litre turbocharged ‘Revotron’ engine with 90 PS and 140 Nm, or a 1.3-liter
Fiat-sourced diesel engine with 90 PS and 200 Nm of torque.
A 5-speed manual
gearbox is standard for most of the variants, whereas a 5-speed AMT gearbox is
available for higher trim levels of the Tata Zest.
