Chevrolet Cruze Tron Edition
Celebrating the opening of
the Shanghai Disney Resort, Chevrolet is displaying a special Cruze inspired by
the Disney film 'Tron: Legacy', at 2016 Beijing Auto Show.
The model was developed in
partnership with The Walt Disney Company China, combining elements from the
movie on its body, with blue lines created using special metallic paint, giving
the car a "futuristic aura", as Chevy explains.
Step inside and the show
car's cabin is highlighted by the blue lines across the seats, center console
and steering wheel, along with the ice blue ambient lighting, joined by two-tone leather-wrapped seats,
leather dashboard and contrast blue stitching.
"With the Cruze show car,
auto show visitors can feel the amazing combination of fantasy and reality. At
the same time, they can see a fascinating interpretation of Chevrolet's brand
slogan, Find New Roads, which encourages more creative and determined people to
go after their dreams and create unlimited possibilities for the future",
wrote the GM-owned brand.
In China, the compact car is
offered with a choice of two engines, a 112 HP and 145 Nm of
torque 1.5-liter, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated, and a 147 HP and 235 Nm)of torque 1.4-liter turbo.
