Tesla Model S and Model X P100D (pricing)

The flagship Model S P100D would cost US customers upwards of US$ 134,500 to purchase, we now know how much European need to spend for the Model X P100D as well. First off, the Model X P100D is priced from US$ 135,500 in the US, whereas UK buyers will need to spend £ 117,200 for the flagship X and £ 114,200 for the flagship S.

Most EU buyers however will be looking at prices starting from € 127,700 for the Model S P100D and € 128,700 for the Model X P100D. In Germany for example, prices are even higher with the new top-of-the-line Model X P100D costing no less than € 153,100.

In the US, both the Model S & X P100D cost US$ 20,000 more than their P90D versions. In Europe, the difference sits at around € 18,000, whereas UK buyers are looking at a roughly £ 17,400 price gap between the previous flagship models and the brand new ones.

Of course, since we're talking about the newly crowned "quickest production car in the world", plenty of current and future Tesla owners will be able to talk themselves into purchasing the Model S. As for the Model X P100D, its 0-60 mph time is 2.9 seconds (0.4 seconds slower than that of the Model S).

Also, according to Carmagazine, the Model S P100D will be able to accelerate from 72 km/h to 104 km/h in just 1.2 seconds (1.4 s for the Model X).

Perhaps though the biggest bonus is the increase in driving range to an EPA-estimated 613 km, thus making P100D Tesla Model S the only EV in the world with such an impressive all-electric range.
