Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG (W213)- spy shot

Most of the times, Mercedes tests in black, so when you see anything other than that, it's a pre-production car. The pictures captured by Walko Art in Stuttgart shows both a white sedan and one clad in some sort of designo silver.

The E63 doesn't have some kind of groundbreaking design. But it's miles away from a classic AMG, and it even has features that the E43 4Matic lacks. For example, the hood has a couple of horns, which are undoubtedly visible even from behind the wheel.

Ever air intake, spoiler or skirt is three-dimensional and edgy, and you can't accuse this E-Class of having fake air intakes. The new engine it uses needs a lot of cold air to produce more power than the old one using a smaller 4-liter block.

Because it packs 612 PS, the new E63 S will be all-wheel drive only. However, the system won't be as restrictive as early 4Matic AWDs. We suspect that all off the power will be available for the rear wheels so that you can perform impressive drifts and look like a driving god.

We expect the big V8 boys will be shown at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show in January. However, a web debut might happen even earlier.
