Rolls Royce Dawn Inspire by Fashion
This new special Rolls Royce Dawn model comes with a
pretty self-explanatory ‘Inspired by Fashion’ title. Giles
Taylor gathered a team of designers from the worlds of fashion, fine textiles
and luxury accessories in order to create the new version of the Dawn model.
These designers opted for a classic Andalucian White
paint job with a hand-painted coachline, matched with a choice of three
different vibrant colors that are said to set the tone for the 2017
Spring/Summer collection. The three colors are Mugello Red, Cobalto Blue and Mandarin and adorn
selected aspects in the cabin and that fabric roof.
The rest of the cabin is dressed with Arctic White
and Black leather, with the steering wheel getting a seamless stitching
treatment, which apparently is a ‘highly-complex craft technique from the world
of fine tailoring’.
The dashboard is finished in Piano White with
aluminum detailing that according to Rolls Royce results to a ‘silk-like’
appearance. The company even appointed the front and rear door pockets with
fine silks that are adorned with an abstract representation of the Spirit of
Ecstasy with each emblem set precisely at 55 degrees to complement the lines of
the door.
Rolls Royce will begin taking orders for the new
Dawn ‘Inspired by Fashion’ this November.
