2017 Holden Barina
General Motors has launched the new 2017 Holden
Barina, bringing the vehicle known elsewhere as the Chevy Sonic to
the Australian market with its own unique styling.
The new Barina
was designed in Australia for the local market. It brings with it a slew of new
features, including a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with both Apple
CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, as well as a rear-view camera with Rear
Park Assist.
Holden is offering the 2017 Barina in two trim
levels, dubbed LS and LT. Both are powered by a 1.6-liter inline-four and
feature LED daytime running lights, with LT offering 17-inch alloys, enhanced
interior trim and push-button ignition with passive entry.
The Barina has been awarded a 5-star ANCAP safety
rating and is now reaching Holden dealers across Australia.
