Fiat Punto Evo Karbon and Linea Royale

FCA has introduced two limited edition variants on its Fiat Punto and Linea cars in India. Named Fiat Punto Evo Karbon and Fiat Linea Royale, the special edition variants have been launched with few styling updates on these cars.

Both special edition versions will be available in the Pearl white shade on the cars and are sporting some visual updates on both exteriors and the interiors.

The Punto Karbon gets a matte black roof and gun-metal finished alloy wheels, which are same in design as the ones which are already there on the Punto Evo 90 HP Sport variant of the car. The hatchback also gets racy graphics on either its sides, running from the front mirror, all the way to the rear quarter panel. The Linea Royale on the other hand, again gets a matte black vinyl roof, gun-metal shade alloy wheels and a subtle ‘Royale’ badge, which sits just below the C-pillar of the car.

Inside, the Fiat Punto Karbon edition gets an all-black interior, with black leather seats, done in white contrasting stitching. Its sedan sibling on the other side, gets a tan shade for the leather upholstery on its interior trims, which include the seats, door pads, front armrest and the center console.

The Fiat Punto Evo 90 HP Sport comes powered by a 1.3-litre Multijet diesel engine, which produces 90 BHP of power and gets a Variable Geometry Turbocharger or a VGT. The Fiat Linea 125 S gets a 1.4-litre four-cylinder turbocharged T-Jet petrol motor, which produces 123 BHP of power. Both cars come mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and neither of these are offered with an automatic transmission from the company.
