Honda HR-V Touring (Brazil)

Honda presented the Touring version for the HR-V SUV at the São Paulo Motor Show. The new top-of-the-line model is expected to hit the market in March.

In the external look, the Touring version differs from the others because of the new LED headlamps with daytime running lights (DLR). The taillights feature LED guides and count as a new internal design.

Inside, the top-of-the-line version features chrome finishes on the doors and new equipment such as rain sensors and rear parking, internal photochromic rear view mirror and curtain side airbags. The air conditioning is digital with touch screen controls.

The Touring version comes equipped with a multimedia system with a 7 "multi touchscreen monitor and a built-in navigator with state-of-the-art software, containing traffic information from the main capitals of the country. The hardware also allows Wi-Fi (via hotspot) connection with the use of browser for internet access and Bluetooth connection for phone calls and audio playback.

Like all other versions, Touring comes equipped with the 1.8 engine that delivers 140 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and torque of 17.44 kgfm at 4,800 rpm with ethanol in the tank. With gasoline, the power is 139 hp at 6,300 rpm and 17,44 kgfm at 5,000 rpm. The exchange is the CVT with manual changes by paddle shift (fins on the steering wheel).
