Mazzanti Evantra 771
The Italian carmaker
has pulled the covers off yet another version of the Evantra, known as 771, in
time for this weekend's Bologna Motor Show.
Visually, it adds some aerodynamic
features on top of the standard supercar, including a tweaked front splitter, a
different rear wing, adorned with a new two-tone blue and gold livery, together
with a mildly improved cabin, although the carmaker has yet to release any
images of it.
The Evantra
771 is more modest, but that doesn’t make it underpowered by any means. In
fact, the exotic machine brings an additional 20 HP on top of the standard
Evantra, for a total of 771 HP.
Details on the torque number, or how fast it covers
the 0 to 100 km/h sprint remain unknown for now, but it definitely
slashes something off something off the Evantra's sub 3 seconds for the 100
km/h run.
Luca Mazzanti, the company's founder, says that
owners of existing Evantras can update their supercars to the 771
specification, from 2017.
