2015 Saleen S302 Black Label
With over 30
years of experience in both racing and manufacturing vehicles, it was only a
matter of time before Saleen built a Mustang as comprehensive and
technologically advanced as the 2015 S302 Black Label.
The Black Label S302 comes equipped with a 2.8L
twin-screw supercharger, bringing the 5.0L motor up to 730 horsepower and 600
lb-ft of torque on 91-octane gas. Saleen created one of the
most aerodynamically efficient profiles of any pony car. The 2015 Saleen Black
Label also received a suspension that is equally fit for the street and the
track. While the interior is a perfect mix of luxury, style, and function.
After Saleen announced they were shipping White and
Yellow Label versions of their 2015 S302 earlier this year, they have been
receiving a high level of inquiries and orders. But these orders have not just
been for base model cars.
Most of the orders have been for fully loaded cars
and many of them have had custom paint. Saleen hasn’t been the only ones to
notice this trend either. According to Edmunds, the average price of each Ford
Mustang sold is up 10% from the previous year and overall sales are up 62%
during the same period.
The 2015 S302 Black
Label is a limited production and each vehicle will receive a unique
Saleen serialization and bumper number to signify the exclusivity. With prices
starting in the low US$ 70,000s, it is no wonder the order bank has been filling
up fast for this one-of-a-kind vehicle.
