2017 KTM SX Factory Edition
Models
KTM has released its updated 450 SX-F Factory Edition Motocross
bike for 2017. It's a replica of Dungey's SX-title winning motorcycle. The
company also released a 250 SX-F Factory Edition which is the bike used by Troy
Lee Designs/Red Bull/KTM team in the 250 class.
The SX Factory Edition models are
race ready machines in their class and only a few models will be offered in
Europe, USA, Canada, and Mexico. The manufacturer didn't mention exactly how
many units will be made.
Speaking about the 2017 KTM 450
SX-F Factory Edition, it has a SOHC engine which delivers smooth power delivery
to the ground, thanks to traction control, launch control and a two-position
map switch. It also features updated WP AER 48 forks and rear shocks, and a
titanium Akrapovic muffler, as well as CNC-machined orange anodized triple
clamps, D.I.D. Dirtstar rims and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing replica graphics.
The 2017 KTM 250 SX-F Factory
Edition has a powerful and torquey engine in an agile and lightweight chassis.
It also sports a compact DOHC engine, updated WP AER 48 forks, orange anodised
triple clamps, a titanium muffler, launch control and D.I.D. DirtStar rims.
