Honda is showcasing the 2017 Honda City Modulo
(facelift) at the 2017 Bangkok International Motor Show. The Modulo body kit
option is exclusive to the Thai-spec Honda City.
It enhances the dynamic look of the facelifted
exterior, featuring extended front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and a large
rear wing, while the 15-inch alloy rims are from the standard Honda City VX. It
carries over the new equipment introduced in the standard City, such as new LED
headlamp, LED DRLs, redesigned bumpers, bolder chrome grille, and new alloy rim
designs.
All variants of the Honda City sold in Thailand are
powered by a 1.5L i-VTEC petrol engine that produces 117 hp and 146 Nm of
torque. It can be had with a 5-speed manual or a CVT with paddle shifters,
which sends power to the front wheels.
Inside, top variants of the new City come equipped
with a speed-sensing auto door lock, tilt and telescopic steering adjustment,
cruise control, 60:40 split folding rear seats, LED cabin lights, a 6.8-inch
touchscreen audio system and a new reverse parking camera.
