Toyota Kirloskar Motor
will launch a special edition Toyota Innova Crysta ‘Touring Sport’ in April. Its reported to be similar to the Toyota Innova Venturer that is on sale in
Indonesia.
The Innova Touring Sport will have black plastic
cladding on the front/rear bumpers, wheel arches and side skirts, generous
chrome garnish in areas like the grille, bumpers, side sills, ORVM caps and
rear windscreen, chrome-tipped exhaust pipe, roof spoiler and the ‘Z’ grade’s
17-inch alloy wheels finished in gun-metal. The Touring Sport edition could
also get the exclusive Wine Red exterior colour option.
Like the Venturer, the Touring Sport
will only be available as a 6-seater with second row captain chairs. Some of
the highlights include a 4.2 inch TFT MID, automatic climate control, premium
black leather seat, and exclusive floor carpets.
The Innova Crysta can be had with three engines:
2TR-FE 2.7-litre four-cylinder petrol, 2GD-FTV 2.4-litre four-cylinder diesel
and 1GD-FTV 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel. It’s unclear if the Touring Sport
version will offer one engine or all three options.
