Toyota
showcased the 2017 Toyota Corolla ESport at the 2017 Bangkok International
Motor Show. The 2017 Corolla ESport was launched in
Thailand in November last year.
The Corolla ESport is available in two configurations: standard and
Option. The ESport grades get their sporty look with bi-beam LED projector
headlamps, LED daytime running lights, front, side and rear skirts, rear
spoiler, Sport exhaust pipe, gun metallic accents on the front grille and
17-inch alloy wheels. Colour choices include White Pearl, Silver Metallic,
Attitude Black Mica, Gray Metallic and Phantom Brown.
Looking inside, it features a black-themed interior. Metallic leather
shift knob, black leather seats, Sport front seats with 8-way power adjustment
for the driver’s seat, Optitron instrument panel, colour multi-information
display and 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system are some of the key features
of the 2017 Toyota Corolla Altis ESport.
The Corolla ESport measures 4,620 mm in length, 1,775 mm in width
and 1,460 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,700 mm. It’s powered by the
2ZR-FBE 1.8-litre Dual VVT-i four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 141 PS at 6,000 rpm and 177 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. Drive is sent to the
wheels via a continuously variable transmission.
