Genesis has come clean with the official pricing for
the G80 series. The base 2018 G80 sedan starts at US$ 42,725.
If you want more go
than the base model offers, you can get the G80 3.3T starts at US$ 56,225 and uses
a 3.3L twin turbo V6 that makes 356 hp and 375 lb-ft of torque. That engine is
paired with a sport-tuned 8-speed automatic.
The top of the line G80 for 2018 is the 5.0L V8
model and it starts at US$ 57,975. That engine is a 5.0L GDI V8 that makes 420 hp
and 383 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel.
All models in the range are RWD
standard, but a HTRAC all-wheel drive system is available on all trim options
for an additional US$ 2,500. That AWD package also gets a heated steering wheel on
all models.
