Fiat Brazil plans to spawn one more vehicle based on
the Fiat Argo, a sedan codenamed ‘Fiat X6S’ that replaces the Fiat Grand Siena
and the Fiat Linea when it reaches showrooms next year. CarWP has created a
rendering the X6S sedan, which heavily borrows cues from the Fiat Tipo Sedan
sold in Europe and the Middle East.
It’s unclear if the model above previews the design
direction Fiat is going for with the X6H, but expect it to borrow cues from the
Tipo sedan as the Fiat Tipo Hatchback had a strong influence on the Argo.
The interior will be identical to the Argo, save for
exclusive trim and dashboard colour options. It will feature a three-spoke
steering wheel, a large MID between the analogue speedometer and tachometer, a
free-standing infotainment system with a colour display, and circular central
HVAC vents.
The engine lineup will be sourced from the Argo,
which includes a 1.0-litre FireFly three-cylinder engine, 1.3-litre FireFly
four-cylinder motor, and a 1.8-litre E.Torq Evo engine. In the Argo, a 5-speed
manual gearbox is standard on all three engines, while the 1.3L and 1.8L motors
can be had with a 5-speed Dualogic automated manual transmission and 6-speed
automatic, respectively.
