Nissan Brazil has introduced a new range of
accessories from Thule for the Nissan Kicks SUV that further improves its
practicality for adventure and leisure seekers.
The accessories include transverse roof bar, luggage
rack, storage box, and a bicycle mounting stand. The crossbar costs BRL 1,615,
over which the storage box (BRL 865) or bicycle stand (BRL 470) can be
integrated. All of the accessories can be fitted at any of the 166 dealerships
Nissan has across Brazil. They are in addition to the existing range of
accessories that include an aero kit (BRL 3,160), bumper frames (BRL 295),
body-coloured plastic moulding across the side profile with Kicks branding and
chrome finished exhaust pipe.
The Kicks is now available for Brazilians in three
grades: S, SV and SL, with prices ranging between BRL 70,500 and BRL 97,300.
All variants share a 1.6-litre flex-fuel unit, which produces 114 hp at 5,600
rpm and 15.5 kgfm (152 Nm) of torque at 4,000 rpm. Power is sent to the front
wheels via an XTRONIC continuously variable transmission in SV and SL grades,
while the S grade gets a 5-speed manual gearbox.
