A new value-packed model has arrived as part of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class range in the form of the new C200 Sport Edition. This newly-added version comes kitted out with plenty of additional extras over the regular entry-level petrol C-Class sedan model, yet with only a AUD 4900 premium over the standard model, which lists at AUD 61,900 plus on-road costs.

There’s more to the price appeal than that, as this limited edition version comes with on-road costs included. The Sport Edition appears properly good value at AUD 66,800 drive-away.

It adds niceties such as a panoramic sunroof, head-up display, 360-degree camera system, AMG body styling package, 19-inch AMG alloy wheels. All told, that’s about AUD 8000 of optional extras for essentially what it would cost for on-road costs.

The C200 Sport Edition retains the same 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol turbo engine of the standard model, with 184 Hp of power and 300 Nm of torque. It comes as standard with a nine-speed automatic transmission with paddleshifters.
