Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi GS4 launched on the Chinese
car market. The Trumpchi GS4 is a new compact SUV, positioned right in the
middle of one of the most competitive market segments in China. Price starts at US$ 11,000 and ends at US$ 18,000.
There are two engines available: a 1.5 with 114 hp
and a 1.3 turbo with 137 hp. A hybrid will be added to the lineup later.
The Trumpchi GS3 is probably the best looking SUV in
the Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi range. Lines are subtle and clean, yet still it has
a strong and sporty stance. The inside is nice too, with a 10 inch touch
screen, vertical air vents, and the buttons and switches simply look great.
They got a good eye for detail at Guangzhou Auto.
The Trumpchi name continues in China but won't be
used anymore in export markets, for obvious reasons.
