It’s been over two years since the sixth-generation
G12 BMW 7 Series first debuted. Now, seen making rounds for the first time is
what looks like the facelifted version of Munich’s finest luxo-barge,
camouflaged at just the right places to hide all the new aesthetic tweaks.
However, the keen-eyed among you can immediately
tell apart those new tail lights, this time featuring sleeker graphics and
circular brake lights in the outer enclosure. In the lower extremities sit quad
tailpipes. different to the dual outlets fitted to our 740Le xDrive. The quad
pipes might likely denote that the mule is a 750i variant, which is powered by
a twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
As for the camouflaged bits, it’s likely that the
front and rear bumpers will be restyled. Also new are the triple-five spoke
alloys, although this may or may not make it to production. The headlamps,
however, are clearly non-production units.
