It’s only been a few months since the Opel Grandland
X was unveiled and already, a tuning company has previewed its upgrade options
for the crossover. Irmscher, a tuner based out of Germany, has designed a
bespoke front grille for the Grandland X which can be optioned with either a
chrome or carbon fiber accent strip on top.
Elsewhere, there is now a set of side steps
available in either polished stainless steel or matte black, plus a selection
of 17-, 19-, and 20-inch alloy wheels. Modifications have also been made to the
vehicle’s interior and include stainless steel door sill plates and the
availability of custom leather upholstery options.
Irmscher says it is working on a
simple engine tuning upgrade which will lift power for both the 1.2-liter turbo
four and 1.6-liter diesel engines by about 25 HP.
