Bajaj Auto’s Pulsar brand has crossed the 1 crore
global sales milestone, and to commemorate this feat, the company has launched
the Bajaj Pulsar 150, 180, and 220 Black Pack Edition. The bikes under the
Black Pack Edition feature premium Black paint job and decal finish, with matte
grey and red highlights; Satin Chrome exhaust cover, and contrasting white
alloy wheels.
The mechanical
underpinnings of the motorcycles are the same as the normal variants. The Bajaj
Pulsar 150 has a 149 cc engine that is good for 14 PS and 13.4 Nm; the Pulsar
180 features a bigger 178.6 cc engine which makes 17.02 PS and 14.22 Nm. The
Pulsar 220F on the other hand comes with a 220 cc engine with oil cooling. The
mill generates 20.93 PS of power and 18.55 Nm of torque.
The brand has not revealed the prices of the special
edition bikes yet. The standard Pulsar 150 costs INR 76,233, while the 180 and
the 220F cost INR 81,651 and INR 93,683 respectively; all ex-showroom, Delhi.
