The 2018 Nissan Rogue
Sport remains virtually unchanged compared to the previous models. However, a
series of mid-year updates are planned for the compact crossover, reports
CarsDirect. Automatic emergency braking, blind spot warning and rear-cross
traffic alert will be standard on all grades.
Since pricing for the 2018.5MY is unknown at the
time, we cannot tell you if the addition of the extra gear has made the Nissan
Rogue Sport more expensive. Still, certain chances operated for the mid-2017
models led to a price increase of US$ 400-US$ 500.
Benefiting from the blind spot warning and
rear-cross traffic alert on the 2018 Rogue Sport means choosing the mid-range
SV grade, with the Technology Package. At the same time, getting the automatic
emergency braking requires the range-topping SL, with the Premium Package. As a
result of making these features standard, both packages will be revised.
Those not interested in the updates can have the
current Nissan Rogue Sport from US$ 21,640, without the US$ 960 destination charge,
in the S trim level with front-wheel drive. The most affordable all-wheel drive
model starts at US$ 22,950, and the range-topping SL, with AWD, will set you back
for at least US$ 27,640.
