Infiniti’s all-new luxury midsize crossover, the
2019 QX50 landed a small part in the upcoming movie Avengers: Infinity War that
will open on April 27. Prior to the QX50’s appearance in the Marvel cinematic
universe, the new model will also star in a commercial called ‘Date Night’, set
to air on TV and online starting today.
The spot itself is meant to highlight several of the
QX50’s so-called “superpowers”, including its VC-Turbo engine, ProPILOT Assist
technology and premium interior quality. Over the course of the video, you’ll
see the car defeat obstacles such as bumper-to-bumper traffic and even a rogue
grandma moving at a very slow pace while crossing the street.
Between April 18 and May 31, Marvel fans will be
able to experience additional Infiniti exclusives, such as a behind-the-scenes
look at the origins of the Infinity Stones, interviews with cast and crew
members, content from past Marvel movies and footage from Avengers: Infinity
War.
