If you don’t fancy the regular color palette that
BMW offers on its new cars, then you could always turn to BMW Individual for
your personalization needs.
Options include more than a hundred shades, and one
of them is called Urban Green. Applied on a BMW M3 in this case, the color
brings something very military with it, which is definitely an interesting
addition to Munich’s high-po sedan.
BMW Individual’s mark can be seen on other parts of
the car’s exterior, such as the satin black stripe that runs across the side
sills, exposed carbon fiber trim and ‘M’ tri-color stripe on the roof. The BMW
M3 sits on a set of dark-finished rims, with a 10-double-spoke design, though,
the extra work appears to stop here.
Inside, reveals
even more bare carbon fiber trim, applied onto different parts of the center
console and gearshift lever. Unfortunately, this is the only glimpse into the
cabin, but it appears that black leather has been used to cover the seats and
other parts.
The twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine remains
untouched, so it still makes 425 hp and 550 Nm of
torque. If more power is your thing, then certain tuners can cover this aspect,
as can the next generation, which is said to benefit from as much as 500 hp.
