The Nissan Rogue Sport has received a few mid-year updates in the United States, which bump its starting price to US$ 22,110, without the US$ 975 destination and handling charge.

Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are now offered as standard on the entry-level ‘S’ model, whereas the SL benefits from Intelligent Cruise Control. The latter is also included in the SV Technology Package.

Those looking to spec the compact SUV with extra goodies can look at the RearView Monitor, NissanConnect with navigation system, mobile apps, 7-inch touchscreen display, voice recognition, SiriusXM Travel Link and SiriusXM Traffic. Other available features are the Remote Engine Start, Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Lane Intervention, Around View Monitor, Bluetooth streaming, hands-free Phone System and hands-free Text Messaging.

The “2018.5” Nissan Rogue Sport only comes with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, with 141 hp, the same as before. The unit is mated to an Xtronic CVT with Eco Mode and sends power to the front wheels or the all-wheel drive system.
